    These ropes have great balance and are really easy to feel. I wish the standard helix had the zip and quick feel of the helix lt. The lt is great it just lacks the feel of a little more body and tip weight. I use a soft and they're definitely on the softer side of soft.

    Different Setup? Just change the Helix!

    My favorite thing about the Helix is that Lone Star has offered the different thicknesses along with the different lays. Need to run close and really snap it on the horns at a jackpot? Use the LT in a XS as for me it feels lighter and faster. At a rodeo and its an average score but have to be a little faster? Use the ST in a S lay. If its a longer score with bigger cattle bump the ST up to a MS and that loop will stay open.
